How We Protect Your Calendar Data

- •You can disconnect your calendar at any time from your tutor dashboard
Your Control
You can disconnect your Google Calendar at any time from your tutor dashboard. When disconnected, we immediately revoke our access and delete stored tokens. Connecting your calendar is optional - you can still use Bimbeli without it, but you will need to manage your availability manually.
WhatsApp Notifications
We use WhatsApp Business API to send you important notifications about your tutoring sessions.

- •We only send session-related notifications, never marketing spam
- •Messages are sent through official WhatsApp Business API with end-to-end encryption
- •We do not share your phone number with third parties
- •Message history is retained only for customer support purposes
Your Control
Adding your WhatsApp number is optional. You can add, update, or remove your WhatsApp number at any time from your profile settings. If you remove your number, you will only receive notifications via email. We will never add you to group chats or share your number with other users.
Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where we need to retain certain information for legal or regulatory compliance.
